Pricing
Priced per match, not per promise.
Three ways to work with us. Every plan includes catalogue measurement, per-band accuracy reporting and the embeddable widget — because a shade engine without those is not a product, it is a demo.
Pilot
For brands validating the effect on their own range before committing.
Credited in full against the first twelve months if you continue.
- Baseline analysis of twelve months of return data
- Laboratory measurement of up to 60 SKUs
- Up to 50,000 matches across the engagement
- Embeddable widget with server-rendered fallback
- Controlled rollout with a held-out control group
- Written read-out against your baseline
Growth
For live storefronts running the shade finder as a permanent part of the journey.

Enterprise
For retailers, marketplaces and groups operating across multiple regions and fascias.
Annual agreement, volume-tiered, invoiced in USD, SGD, EUR or GBP.
- Everything in Growth
- Region-pinned processing (EU, UK, US, APAC)
- Multi-brand and multi-fascia catalogue hierarchy
- Single sign-on and audit logging
- Custom SLA with response-time commitments

All prices exclude applicable taxes. A “match” is one billable call to /v1/match that returns a qualified result. Captures rejected at the quality-qualification stage are not billed, because charging for an answer we declined to give would be a poor incentive for us to design against.

Pricing questions
Why is the pilot paid rather than free?
Because it involves real laboratory work. Measuring sixty SKUs and analysing a year of return data is several weeks of effort, and a free pilot would push us to cut exactly the corners that make the result meaningful. The fee is credited in full against your first twelve months if you continue.
What counts as a billable match?
One call to /v1/match that returns a qualified result. If the engine rejects the capture at the quality stage — mixed lighting, clipping, blur — that call is not billed. Renders and catalogue updates are not billed separately on Growth or Enterprise.
Do you charge for re-measuring a range each season?
Not on Growth or Enterprise. Seasonal re-measurement is included, because a catalogue that drifts out of date quietly degrades every match made against it, and we would rather absorb that cost than let accuracy decay.
Is there a minimum term?
The pilot is a fixed 90-day engagement. Growth is billed monthly with a three-month minimum and thirty days' notice to cancel. Enterprise agreements are annual. Full terms are set out in the terms of use.
What happens to our data if we leave?
Your measured catalogue is exported to you in an open format, and your account data is deleted within thirty days of termination unless retention is required by law. Captures are never retained for training without a separate written opt-in. See the privacy policy.
